Kristen L. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristen started their career as a Programs Planning and Development Intern at the Anthony Munoz Foundation in 2014. Kristen then joined Game Day Communications as a Social Media and Event Marketing Intern before becoming a Media Relations Assistant. In 2015, Kristen worked as a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Program. Kristen then joined emersion DESIGN LLC as a Marketing Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Kristen gained significant experience at Messer Construction Co. as a Sales Support Specialist, where they played a vital role in achieving over $1.4 billion in sales. In 2020, they joined Benchmark Gensuite® as a Manager in Global Subscriber Development and later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager in Global Subscriber Development Strategy & Ops.
Kristen L. received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Kristen also obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they received a certification in Human Resources Management from ExpertRating Solutions. In June 2016, they completed the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program and became a Certified Tourism Ambassador. Most recently, in December 2021, they became HubSpot Sales Software Certified through HubSpot.
