Shelby Ackley has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Shelby started their career as an Associate Business Analyst at Benchmark Digital Partners LLC in January 2019. Shelby then progressed to the role of Business Analyst and later became a Lead Business Analyst. In May 2020, Shelby transitioned to the role of Customer Relationship Manager before being promoted to Senior Customer Relationship Manager in April 2021. Shelby further advanced in their career at Benchmark Digital Partners LLC to become the Leader of Subscriber Services in April 2022. Currently, Shelby holds the position of Leader, Strategic Solutioning, starting in January 2023.
Prior to joining Benchmark Digital Partners LLC, Shelby also gained experience at The Creative Group as a Technical Recruiter from May 2018 to November 2018 and as an Account Manager from November 2018 to January 2019. Shelby also interned as a Mortgage Banking Intern at Quicken Loans from June 2015 to August 2015.
Shelby Ackley attended Ohio University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing. In addition, they also obtained a Certificate in Sales from The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre.
