Jieting Chen

Jieting Chen has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. From 2021 onwards, Jieting has been working as a freelance illustrator and designer. Prior to this, they worked at Benchmark Education Company as an Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer from 2014 to 2019. Jieting has also worked as a Designer at World Publishing Corporation in 2013. In 2013, they had an Animation Internship at I Wanna Know Everyone Inc. Prior to that, Jieting held animation internships at Plymptoons in 2012 and Arg! animation Studio in 2012. They also served as a Lecturer and Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012. Jieting's work experience includes a volunteer position at Beijing Olympic Broadcasting during the 2008 Olympic Games, which they describe as a rewarding and prideful experience.

Jieting Chen pursued a Bachelor's degree in Animation from Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication from 2006 to 2010. Jieting furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Film and Animation from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2013.
