Oxana Alvarez

Oxana Alvarez currently serves as a Senior Bilingual Content Developer at Benchmark Education Company since March 2020 and has held the position of Adjunct Lecturer at The City College / CUNY since September 2005. Previous experience includes roles as a Translator at Macy's from July 2015 to February 2020 and as a Freelance Translator and Copyeditor at Montoro & Associates Editorial Services, LLC, from 2007 to 2015, working on various projects including advertisements and textbooks. Alvarez also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hunter College from September 2013 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Havana and ongoing studies toward a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature at The City College of New York.
