Previously held roles include Business Excellence Leader at Benchmark Gensuite®, Sustainability Strategy and Reporting Advisor at Slowing, and Business Intelligence Lead at Syngenta, where Val drove organizational strategy through insights and analytics. Val has a strong background in brand management and marketing, having notably increased e-commerce sales during tenure as Brand Manager at Hampton Farms.
