Pearl Peng

Pearl Peng has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Pearl is currently the CEO/Founder of Benchmark Maven, LLC., where they guide and advises corporate clients' leadership teams in re-imagining their vision and aligning their culture and strategy to achieve their goals. Pearl also founded and served as CEO of the same company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, Pearl was an Executive Partner/Chief Innovation Officer at Evoloshen, where they focused on building and strengthening workplace culture and trust for clients globally. Pearl also served as a Yoga Teacher at Town Sports International from 2020 to 2020 and as a Yoga Instructor from 2016 to 2019 at the same company. Pearl's earlier work experience includes roles at IBM, where they were a Global Electronics Strategist/Business Development Manager, a Sr. Managing Consultant, a Principle-in-Charge of the Marketing & Customer Intelligence Practice, and a Sr. Consultant in Business Innovation Services. Pearl also worked as a Sr. Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in the Data Warehousing Practice, and as a Sr. Consultant at Legacy Technology.

Pearl Peng's education history is as follows:

Pearl attended MIT ProfessionalX in 2016 to study Entrepreneurial Negotiation - The MIT Way. Pearl did not obtain a degree from this program.

From 1984 to 1986, Pearl pursued their MBA at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in MIS/Finance.

Between 1978 and 1982, Pearl attended Tamkang University, where they obtained a BB degree in Banking and Insurance.

Pearl completed their high school education from 1975 to 1978 at Taipei Municipal First Girls' Senior High School, earning a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Pearl has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include being a Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in February 2023, completing the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) Gateway Program in January 2022, becoming an RYT-500 Yoga Teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance in July 2020, completing the ACE Coach Accelerator™ Enhanced Course by the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in April 2020, becoming a Certified C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® Coach through the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in January 2017, earning their RYT-200 Yoga Teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in August 2016. Furthermore, Pearl became a Reiki Master in September 1998 and obtained EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level as well as EMCC Accredited Team Coach at Practitioner Level certifications from EMCC Global in April 2023.
