Louise Nuttall Chartered FCIPD, FIoL is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as Head of HR at Benchmark Mineral Intelligence since August 2022, Louise has previously held the same position at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, from November 2013 to August 2022. Throughout this tenure, Louise successfully transformed the HR function from a transactional to a strategic partner, achieving high staff engagement scores and implementing effective HR initiatives, including employee benefits and talent management programs. Prior roles include HR Manager and HR Officer positions at Wiltshire Police, as well as various HR positions in the private sector. Louise holds a degree from the CIPD Professional Development Scheme in Human Resources and completed A Levels in English Language & Literature and Sociology, along with various GCSE qualifications.
