Luz Morales

Luz Morales currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR at Ventura Foods, focusing on HR strategy integration following a corporate acquisition and enhancing employee engagement and retention. Prior to this role, Luz held the position of Vice President of HR at DYMA Brands, leading HR strategy for a midsized private equity company, successfully navigating challenges during the pandemic and overseeing significant organizational changes. Previously, Luz's career included various leadership positions in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and human resources across multiple companies, including Keurig Green Mountain, Pilgrim's, Kellogg Company, Chiquita, and Michael Foods. Luz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Walden University.
