Donna Caldarola

Donna Caldarola has a strong background in human resources. Donna started their career as an Assistant Director of HR at Hilton Hotels in 1987 and then moved on to Alexander & Alexander Inc. as a Human Resources representative. Donna later became an HR Manager at Maryknoll Sisters and then transitioned to a role in the Human Resources department at Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers. Donna's most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Benchmark Hospitality-Edith Macy Conference Center. Donna has a wealth of experience in the HR field spanning over 30 years.

Donna Caldarola obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with a concentration in HR from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus from 1982 to 1986.
