Erin Posey has extensive work experience in customer success, project management, and training & implementation. Erin began their career as a Bath Showroom Designer & Design Assistant at Expo Design Center in 2006. Erin then worked at Sendouts as a Senior Account Manager from 2008 to 2011, and later served as the Director of Training & Implementation from 2011 to 2012. At Bullhorn, Erin held multiple roles, starting as the Director of Professional Services, Central from 2012 to 2013, and then transitioning to the role of Senior Project Manager from 2013 to 2014. Erin currently works at BenchmarkONE as the Director of Customer Success, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, Erin manages a team responsible for onboarding and retaining customers, created an implementation and training process, and leads customer service efforts to maintain positive reviews.

Erin Posey completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, specializing in Management and Organizational Behavior from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University from 1999 to 2002.
