James Fearne has a diverse work experience in customer success and web optimization analysis. James started their career in 2016 at Saga plc. as a Senior Web Optimization Analyst, where they managed the CRO program, conducted A/B and MVT testing, and used various tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. James then joined Contentsquare in 2018, starting as a Customer Success Manager and eventually progressing to Lead Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Contentsquare.

James Fearne attended Northumbria University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
