Dylan Schaefer

Dylan Schaefer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle since July 2020, following positions as Operations Supervisor, Rooms Controller, and Overnight Front Desk Staff. Prior to this role, Dylan briefly worked as a Task Force Guest Services Manager at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa in August 2024. Dylan also served as a Night Auditor at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk from February 2020 to June 2020 and worked as a Valet Attendant at Parking Management Services, Inc. from January 2017 to February 2020.
