Randi Rogers has held various roles in the past five years. In 2021, they were a Project Manager Scrum Master at BenchPrep, where they acted as scrum master for 3-5 development teams and was responsible for product/project management for accessibility-related work. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Marketing Project Manager at Clearlink, where they used agile/scrum mythologies to assist 2 production teams. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Analyst at Denials Management Inc., where they worked on projects of various sizes and was a project manager on the company website revamp. In 2016, they were a Strategic Data Analyst at Goldman Sachs and a Project Management Intern at GPS Capital Markets, Inc., where they acted as the project manager of the Enterprise team. Additionally, in 2016, they were a Quality Assurance Intern at Willis Towers Watson.

Randi Rogers obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations Technology Management from Neumont College of Computer Science in 2016. In addition, they hold a Certificate of Achievement Scrum Master from Scrum Utah, which they obtained in March 2016, as well as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
