Chelsea Omel

Chelsea Omel is currently the Director of Strategic Design at BenchSci and also serves as the Chief Of Staff to the CEO. Prior to their current role, Chelsea worked as an Innovation Designer at The Moment, where Chelsea helped government teams, not-for-profits, institutions, and aligned companies solve complex challenges. Chelsea has also held positions at Grant Thornton LLP and TELUS, where Chelsea focused on human-centered design, innovation, and service design strategy. Chelsea has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Carleton University. Chelsea also holds an MBA from IE Business School and has a background in contemporary dance and studio art.
