Debbie Collard is an accomplished professional with a robust background in leadership development and executive coaching, currently serving as Founder and Principal of Debbie Collard Executive Coaching and Leadership Development since July 2018. Collard also contributes as a Mentor-Coach for BenchStrength Coaching, LLC, focusing on women's leadership issues through the Women Rising© Program, and as Co-Founder and Partner of Four Seasons of Development, which aims to normalize excellent leadership globally. With over 30 years of corporate experience, including a long tenure at Boeing in various director-level roles, Collard brings expertise in program management, operations, and continuous improvement. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Organization Development & Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
