Nancy Scannell

Nancy Scannell, PCC, MA, MS, serves as a Workshop Facilitator and Leadership Mentor-Coach at BenchStrength Coaching, LLC, since September 2021, and holds various roles at Reframe, including Book Club and Meeting Facilitator, as well as Coach from January 2023. Currently, Nancy is a Facilitator at The Arbinger Institute and a Public Speaker for the National Speakers Association since July 2009, with notable keynote speeches at conferences and universities. With a coaching focus at Concept Clarity Coaching, LLC, Nancy assists clients in achieving personal growth through self-discovery and accountability. Nancy also shares reflections on life through writing on Substack beginning in April 2024. An educator, Nancy has taught at Valparaiso University from August 2003 until December 2022, including roles as an Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and has also held teaching positions at Purdue University North Central and Ivy Tech Community College. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master's in Education, and a Master's in Digital Media.
