With extensive experience that includes founding Susan Ireland Coaching and Consulting in 2016 and serving as a mentor-coach at BenchStrength Coaching since 2020, Susan specializes in personal and professional development. Previous roles include Director of Program Management at HyTech Power from 2017 to 2018 and a 30-year tenure at The Boeing Company, where key leadership positions were held in business operations across notable programs such as the 777 and 787 airplane developments. Susan's educational background includes an International Executive Program from INSEAD, a Leadership Executive Program from Seattle University, a Master's in Management from Antioch University Seattle, and a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Washington.
