Prior to these positions, Lillian held consulting roles focused on brand and launch strategies at Sound Healthcare Communications and Blue Latitude Health. Lillian's earlier career includes significant positions in multichannel engagement, client engagement, and marketing coordination, with notable work at Sanofi, ClearPoint, and HealthEd Group. Lillian holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in English and Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
