Gaurav Anand

Gaurav Anand has over 16 years of experience in software engineering. Gaurav started their career at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer in 2006, where they worked on design, build, and implementation of Siebel modules for major banks. Gaurav then moved on to Fidelity Investments as a Software Engineer, where they designed Siebel entities and developed specific modules while leading teams. At The Judge Group, Gaurav worked as a Senior Siebel Developer, where they gathered requirements and developed Siebel as per client needs for the Vanguard institutional sales project. Currently, Gaurav is employed at TDS Telecommunications Corp. as a Senior Principal Software Engineer. In this role, they are involved in requirements gathering, architecture, design, build, and implementation of software projects, and leads cross-functional teams to achieve organizational milestones.

Gaurav Anand holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Gaurav also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical from Manipal Institute of Technology. Gaurav has additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Kanban System Design, and Oracle Siebel 7.7 Certified Consultant.
