Karl Betz has over 15 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Karl started their career at Telephone and Data Systems™ (TDS™) in 2005, working as a Supervisor and then Manager in Internal Audit. In 2007, they moved to TDS Telecommunications LLC and held various positions including Manager in IT Risk Management and Security, Director in IT Infrastructure, Risk Management, and CISO, and currently, they serve as the VP of Information Technology.
Karl Betz completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and IT from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they attended from 1992 to 1997.
