Aaron Babcock

Aaron Babcock is an experienced director of property operations currently with Bender Companies since September 2021, where responsibilities include leadership for property operations across approximately 9,000 units in the Midwest, along with financial oversight and departmental supervision. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Greystone, Vice President of Operations at Beacon Property Management, and Senior Vice President of Property Operations at Seldin Company. Babcock has extensive experience in managing student housing and residential properties dating back to positions at Capstone Management and First Worthing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MA in Higher Education from the University of Northern Iowa, and a BS in Computer Science and Classics from North Central College.
