Josephine Duchow

Josephine Duchow is an Asset Management Analyst at Bender Companies, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Josephine worked as a Summer Analyst at WPT Capital Advisors during the summer of 2024 and as a Development Intern at The Neutral Project from March 2023 to May 2024. Josephine gained valuable experience as a McBurney Ambassador at the McBurney Disability Resource Center from August 2022 to August 2023 and started a career in customer service as a Floating Customer Service Representative at Bank Five Nine from May 2022 to January 2023. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing, along with a Certificate in Sustainability, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies were completed from September 2021 to May 2025. Prior education includes a High School Diploma from Oconomowoc High School, achieved in May 2021.
