Sherry Lapaglia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sherry began their career at National City Bank in 2001 as a Proof Operator. Sherry actively participated in an employee mentorship training program and mentored new resources within the department to ensure their success. Sherry continued in this role until May 2004.
In 2002, Sherry joined Bender Consulting Services, Inc as a Manager, Talent Programs. Sherry led a team of recruitment professionals and developed innovative recruitment solutions. Following their role as Manager, Sherry was promoted to Director, Talent Programs and Product Innovation at Bender Consulting Services, Inc. Sherry'sresponsibilities included overseeing talent programs processes and products and developing strategies to expand and promote talent programs services. Sherry also provided subject matter expertise in disability employment and developed strategic plans to engage individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Sherry has been serving in this position since October 2020.
Sherry Lapaglia obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing and History from Carlow University. Sherry attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
