Olivia Tapper

Olivia Tapper is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Content Systems and Business Analyst at Bendigo Health since October 2023. Previously, Olivia held the position of Analytics Delivery & Process Manager at Melbourne Polytechnic from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team to develop enterprise-level analytics and overseeing the implementation of a cloud-based data warehouse. Olivia also played a pivotal role in creating the institution's first Balanced Scorecard and advancing data governance initiatives. Prior roles include Business Process Manager at DeakinCo., where project management and process improvement were key functions, alongside experience as a Senior Editor and Editor in various educational and publishing contexts.
