Grant Nimmo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, communication, and change management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at Bendigo Kangan Institute since June 2024, Grant previously held the role of Learning & Development Manager at Possability from October 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Grant was both Learning and Development Manager and Digital Learning Coordinator from February 2017 to October 2022. Additional experience includes positions at Transurban as Intranet & Internal Communications Specialist, the Australian Government Department of Human Services as Change Communication Lead, IOOF as Corporate Communications Adviser, and Crown Resorts as Employee Communications Coordinator, where Grant developed a strong foundation in corporate communication strategies.

Bendigo Kangan Institute was established in 2014 by the merger of two TAFE institutes – Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute – and related service providers – VETASSESS and eWorks. With more than 30,000 enrolments each year, Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute are a major Victorian training provider with centre's of excellence in automotive, health and nursing, food and fibre as well as a strong presence in a range of industries such as fashion, business, justice and legal, hair & beauty and indigenous education.
