Ignacio Pereira

Ignacio Pereira is currently the legal counsel at Bending Spoons. Prior to this, they were a project leader at BonelliErede, where they assisted start-up companies and venture capital firms. Before that, they were an associate at O. Pereira & Asociados, where they advised talent, media and production companies on all aspects of their businesses, including representations in litigation.

Ignacio Pereira is a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford Law School. Ignacio is also a certified lawyer (JD) from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Furthermore, they have two certifications; one from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), and another from the State Bar of California in Member.

They work with Francesco Bovoli - VP, Operations, Claudio Scalzo - Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, and Alice Valsecchi - People Operations Lead. Their manager is Luca Ferrari, Co-founder & CEO.
