Ben Davies

Ben Davies has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Aided Design from Liverpool John Moores University. With experience at Bendon Group and Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust, Ben has held various positions including Senior Desktop Engineer and Desktop Support Manager. Ben's roles involved providing 2nd line support, managing complex incidents, leading a Desktop Support team, and ensuring incidents were resolved in accordance with SLAs. Ben also assisted with project implementation and upgrades under the direction of Senior Desktop Engineers and Desktop Managers.
