Léa Hem has a diverse work experience across various industries. léa is currently working at Bene Bono as the City Manager for Lyon and Marseille, where they focus on optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient delivery services, and improving overall performance. Prior to this, they worked as a Prévisionniste/Demand Planner at Candia, where they were responsible for forecasting and demand planning for the dairy sector. Léa also has experience as an Approvisionneur/Supply Planner at Ecotone and as a Responsable Achat, Administrative et Commerciale at Bordelaise des Grands Vins. léa has previously worked in the wine industry as an Assistante Service Achats - Grands Crus at MÄHLER BESSE SA and as part of the Bureau Achats Grands Crus at MAISON GINESTET S.A. Léa also had brief experiences as a Vendeuse at Nicolas and as an Appui Cadre au service RH at EDF. Additionally, they worked as a Chargée de recrutement at agap2 and as an Appui au service MRH at EDF-CIDEN.

Léa Hem's education history begins with their completion of a Baccalauréat Scientifique at Lycée Saint-Exupéry in 2011. léa then went on to attend Lycée Saint-Just from 2011 to 2013, where they participated in the Classe Préparatoire Économique et Commerciale, Option Scientifique (CPEC-S) program.
