Zachary Peirson currently serves as Vice President of Program Management at Benecon and holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority. Since 2015, Zachary has been the Owner and Operator of Junto Associates, Ltd., providing consulting services for electoral candidates and managing website development. Previously, Zachary worked as Deputy Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives, overseeing district operations and partnerships. Zachary's experience includes roles as a Campaign Manager for various political campaigns and serving as a Legislative Assistant in the Pennsylvania Senate and Constituent Outreach Coordinator for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Zachary holds an MBA from Villanova University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Government and Political Affairs, and Business Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
