Dr. Cheryl B. Richardson

Dr. Cheryl B. Richardson is an accomplished Human Resources and Organization Development Consultant, currently serving as President and CEO of CBR Consulting, LLC since January 2002. With extensive experience at McDonald's Corporation from 1984 to 2002, Dr. Richardson held various roles including Human Resources Senior Director, where major achievements included managing HR for 2,500 restaurants and launching a global Leadership Symposium. In addition to consulting, Dr. Richardson has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Benedictine University since 2004, designing curricula and instructing various courses in Human Resources and Organization Behavior. A former Past President of the Board at the Community Career Center, Dr. Richardson holds a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University and combines their expertise with a focus on leadership development, strategic planning, and minimizing resistance to change.
