Pauline Hoyler

Pauline Hoyler is the current Human Resource Director at Beneficial In-Home Care, Inc. and has been in this role since July 2018. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Beneficial In-Home Care from September 2014 to July 2016 and the Senior Leasing Agent at Rockwood Property Management from January 2012 to July 2014.

In their current role as Human Resource Director, Pauline is responsible for compliance, employment verifications, personnel files and record keeping, I-9 retention, HIPAA, meeting DOH & state requirements, and overseeing staff and all HR locations for compliance. Pauline is also responsible for knowing, following, and enforcing all company polices and compliance requirements, including staying updated with polices regarding the Human Resource department, Washington State and Federal Laws, ALTCEW and DOH.
