Mike Fratarcangeli is the EVP & CFO at Beneficial State Bank. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.

Mike started their career at Bank of America in 2010 as the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis. Mike then moved to Bank of the West in 2013 where they became the Commercial Banking Group Division CFO. In this role, Mike led a team of 25+ finance, accounting and business intelligence professionals. Mike provided timely and accurate financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Group Head.

In 2017, Mike became the CFO of LendUS (formerly RPM Mortgage). Mike was responsible for proactively advising executives in sales, operations, IT and HR with financial counsel on strategic initiatives. Mike also managed and led a team of 15+ finance, accounting and business intelligence professionals.

Mike has a proven track record of success in both large and small organizations. Mike is a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems. Mike is a strong leader and mentor who is able to build relationships with all levels of management.

Mike Fratarcangeli has a BSBA from Georgetown University and a Masters in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business. Mike also attended Malden Catholic High School.
