Reggie Brown currently focuses on helping businesses develop and operate profitably and prepare themselves for possible acquisitions or divestiture. Previously, Reggie was the first senior financial executive of Microsoft’s emerging digital media group, among other assignments. He has also led several firms in the media and digital marketing industry, as well as working in M&A for GE Capital, VP finance for NYSWE-traded AH Belo and as a CPA early in his career.
Reggie is Board Chair of Rainier Scholars, a Seattle-based educational enrichment organization. Reggie is also a guest lecturer for the University of Washington’s Ascend Program, lecturing on topics of financial management and raising capital. He serves as financial advisor to Ethical African Apparel in Ghana, an innovative firm seeking to shift the global apparel supply chain through West Africa. He is a former Board member of SmithBucklin, the leading association trade firm in the US, serving as audit committee chair and helping them execute an employee stock buyout.
A Seattle native, Reggie received his degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco and earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the proud father of two daughters.
