Arjen Wiegerink began their work experience in 1995 at Ernst & Young, where they served as a Manager, specializing in multiple full lifecycle ERP systems implementations. In 2002, they joined Targus Group International as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. In 2005, Arjen joined Benefit Cosmetics as a Business Systems Analyst, eventually working their way up to Manager, Director, and Sr. Director of Global Business Systems. Their tenure at Benefit Cosmetics spans from 2005 to the present.

Arjen Wiegerink obtained their M.Sc. in Applied Physics from the University of Twente, where they studied from 1986 to 1992.
