Carrie Wellman Ross

Carrie Wellman Ross has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Carrie started their career at Talking Eyes Media as a Production Assistant in 2001. In 2002, they joined Google as an Advertising Specialist, where they worked for six years. In 2008, Carrie joined Babcock Jenkins as a Project Manager and worked there for two years. In 2010, they transitioned to Code and Theory as a Senior Producer and remained with the company until 2012.

From 2012 onwards, Carrie has been associated with Benefit Cosmetics, holding various leadership positions. Carrie began as a Senior Project Manager in 2012 and moved up the ranks, becoming the Global Web Program Manager in 2013. In 2015, they were promoted to Associate Director, Global Digital Program Management, a role they held until 2018 when they were appointed as the Director of Global Digital Program Management. In 2020, Carrie became the Senior Director of Global MarCom and, as of May 2022, they currently serve as the Senior Director of Program Management/Global Creative at Benefit Cosmetics.

Carrie Wellman Ross attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Art History.
