Currently, Chelsea is working at Benefit Cosmetics. Chelsea joined as an Assistant Manager of Global Category Strategy in 2015 and steadily progressed to higher positions. Chelsea was promoted to Manager, Director, and then Senior Director of Global Category Strategy. As of July 2022, they hold the role of Vice President, Global Category Strategy.
