Cindy Shen started their work experience at Shopzilla in 2006 where they worked as a Senior Analyst/Product Manager until 2007. Cindy then joined Michael Kors as an Online Marketing Manager in 2007 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined Benefit Cosmetics as the VP of Global Ecommerce & CRM and continues to work there currently.

Cindy Shen holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Cindy also obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
