Diana Hong-Elsey has a strong background in creative and brand strategy, with extensive experience in the beauty and luxury industries. Diana is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Creative at Benefit Cosmetics. Before that, they held the position of Creative Director and Brand Strategist at their own company, Diana Hong-Elsey. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Global Creative Director at Tom Ford Beauty, as well as the Vice President of Global Creative Digital Innovation at MAC Cosmetics. Diana also worked at Tiffany & Co. as the Vice President of Global Digital Creative Director. Earlier in their career, Diana held leadership roles at Createthe Group, Avenue A | Razorfish, Deutsch Inc., Spalab, and Oven Digital.
Diana Hong-Elsey attended the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1996 where they earned a BA in Art History & Fine Arts. In 1999, they briefly attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, studying Design & Typography.
