Jean Francois Marfaing

Jean Francois Marfaing has extensive experience in operations and management across the cosmetics and outdoor activities industries. Currently serving as the Outdoor Activities Manager at Mers et Montagnes since September 2021, Marfaing has held significant positions at Benefit Cosmetics as EVP Operations since August 2010, and earlier at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Singapore and the U.S. as Director and Director of Product Supply, respectively. Prior to these roles, Marfaing was Operations Director at Dior Perfumes and led the Skin Care Production Unit at Dior Perfumes & Cosmetics. Marfaing holds a degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Toulouse, completed between 1980 and 1983.
