Jessica Hsu

Jessica Hsu, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and operations. Jessica is currently the Director of Global Total Rewards & People Analytics at Benefit Cosmetics, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Jessica worked at BevMo!, where they held multiple roles including Director of HR Operations, Senior Manager of HR Operations and Analytics, and Manager of Compensation, HRIS & Analytics. Jessica started their career at BevMo! in June 2016 and worked there until August 2022. Before BevMo!, Jessica worked as a Program Manager of HR and Operations at Tribe Dynamics from 2015 to 2016. Jessica also has experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2014 to 2015 and as a Recruitment Coordinator and HR Assistant at Metaswitch Networks from 2013 to 2013. Jessica's earlier work experience includes an internship in Marketing and Social Media at TouchOfModern in 2012.

Jessica Hsu, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Jessica has also obtained additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI and the WSET Level 1 in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Jessica is currently pursuing the Adult Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
