Katelyn Western

Katelyn Western is a seasoned professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Regional Account Manager at Benefit Cosmetics since July 2024. Prior to this role, Katelyn was the Head of Retail and Education at Winky Lux from August 2021 to July 2024 and worked as a Brand Educator at amika from January 2019 to June 2022. Katelyn has experience as a Sales Specialist at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and held various positions in cosmetics, including Cosmetics Counter Manager at Trish McEvoy and Artistry and Education South East at Clé de Peau Beauté. Katelyn’s earlier experience includes roles as a Beauty Consultant and Makeup Artist at CosBar, National Makeup Artist at Christian Dior Couture, and Account Executive at Moroccanoil. Katelyn began a career in makeup artistry at Purminerals and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts Management from Eastern Kentucky University, along with additional education from Paul Mitchell the School Lexington.
