Katrina Berchtold

Katrina Berchtold has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katrina is currently working at Benefit Cosmetics as the Director of Global Product Innovation since March 2023. Prior to this, Katrina held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development at Benefit Cosmetics from October 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining Benefit Cosmetics, Katrina worked at SEPHORA where they held multiple roles. Katrina was an Associate Product Development & Marketing Manager from February 2019 to October 2020, an Assistant Manager of Product Marketing & Development from April 2018 to February 2019, a Product Development & Marketing Coordinator from November 2015 to April 2018, and a Product Development Assistant from July 2015 to November 2015.

Additionally, Katrina gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at frog from January 2014 to March 2015. Katrina processed and filed necessary documents, created onboarding schedules for new hires, and managed benefits for US employees.

Katrina also worked as a Student Assistant at the University of San Francisco from August 2012 to September 2013, where they performed various administrative tasks, including invoice entry and vendor communication.
