Leigh Bolt

Leigh Bolt has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. They started their career at Nine West Group as an Assistant Manager in 2003 and later moved on to EXPRESS as a Customer Sales Lead Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Merchandising Intern at DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) before joining Nordstrom as a Department Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Leigh worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at JBCStyle Fashion Recruiters. They then joined Capri Holdings Limited as a Regional Recruiter for Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors on the West Coast before being promoted to Senior Recruiter. Currently, Leigh is working at Benefit Cosmetics as the Director of Talent Acquisition Global HQ. In the future, they will take on the role of Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility.

Leigh Bolt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management - Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art - Photography from the same university, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2023, Leigh obtained a certification called "Mastering the Art of HR Data" from Hi LVMH x ESCP.
