Mira Moumene is an accomplished professional in the cosmetics industry with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Innovation & Design at Benefit Cosmetics since July 2017, Mira previously held the position of Package Development & Design Manager. Prior to Benefit Cosmetics, Mira worked as a Global Product Manager for mascara at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging and as Responsable Marketing et Commercial at SIMP, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and managing product development from concept to commercialization. Mira also gained experience at L'Oréal, where duties ranged from project management in product development to ensuring regulatory compliance for cosmetic products. Earlier roles at ESI Group and Albéa Group included marketing coordination and market assistant positions, respectively. Mira holds a Master 2 in Business, Management and Languages from Université Jean Moulin and a Licence from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
