Kc Sun

KC Sun is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Placements.io since September 2024, KC previously held the position of Principal Product Designer at Assured from December 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, KC was the Director of Product Design at Insurify, where significant achievements included contributing to the company’s $100M Series B funding. KC's career also includes a role as Lead Product Designer at Modus, a company focused on improving transparency in residential real estate closings, which was acquired by Compass in 2020. KC's educational background includes a master’s degree in interaction design from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from National Cheng Kung University.
