Nikita began their career at Old Navy as an Assistant Digital Producer before progressing to roles such as Associate Digital Producer and Producer: Digital Production and Operations. Nikita then transitioned to marketing and program management roles at Old Navy, holding positions such as Marketing Program Manager and Senior Marketing Program Manager. In 2021, Nikita joined HAUS LABORATORIES as an Associate Director, overseeing program management and creative retail operations.
