Nikki Silva began their work experience as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Gap Inc./Banana Republic in August 2006. Nikki then worked as a Photo Retoucher at RR Donnelley from February to July 2007. Following this, they joined 24 Hour Fitness as a Graphic Designer in July 2007 and stayed with the company until March 2012. In February 2012, they transitioned to Jamba Juice where they served as a Lead Graphic Designer until October 2016. Since December 2016, Nikki has been associated with Benefit Cosmetics, starting as a Creative Design Manager and progressively moving up to Senior Manager, Associate Creative Director, and currently holding the position of Creative Director as of August 2021.

Nikki Silva obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Notre Dame de Namur University between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Livermore High School from 1998 to 2001.
