Keith Fetters

Keith Fetters has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keith began their career serving in the US Army, where they held various roles such as Certified Army Instructor/Observer Controller, US Army CSM, and USASMA Class 62. During their time in the Army, Keith completed the Total Army Instructor Course and was highly skilled in training and providing instruction to soldiers and civilian staff members. Keith served in the Army and Army Reserves for a total of 28 years before retiring as a CSM.

After retiring from the military, Keith worked as a Senior Military Analyst/Trainer at CACI International Inc, where they provided mentorship and training to senior military staff sections and government officials. Keith also conducted training on updated Army doctrine to key staff members of the state's National Guard units. Keith later worked as a Program Manager at Benefit Recovery, where they utilized their skills and experiences from their military career.

In addition, Keith held roles such as Human Resource Administrator at HHC, Southern Training Division, where they demonstrated extensive experience in various aspects of human resource management. Keith also worked as a COE NCOIC at the 75th Division, 1BDE, where they were responsible for the moral and training of 35 officers and NCOs. Keith's work experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Sam Houston State ROTC, where they oversaw the daily activities of military and civilian employees and managed HRM functional areas.
