Jerry Baglien

Jerry Baglien has a strong background in finance and real estate. Jerry has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Fund Finance at GTIS Partners from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, they were an Accounting Manager at iStar Financial from 2005 to 2008 and a Senior Accountant at US Equities Realty LLC from 2001 to 2005. Recently, Jerry has held executive positions at Franklin Templeton and Benefit Street Partners, where they served as COO/CFO of their real estate departments.

Jerry Baglien earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Jerry later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
