Lori Shwarts

Lori Shwarts has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and human resources. Lori is currently working as a Vice President and Senior Recruiter at Benefit Street Partners. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at Bloomberg LP. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Recruiter in the Human Capital division at Geller & Company, a global fintech firm. Before that, they served as a Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Mission Staffing, specializing in accounting and finance. Lori also gained valuable experience at Morgan Stanley, where they worked as both a Vice President in HR Generalist and Manager in Lateral Recruiter roles. Lori started their career at Ernst & Young as a Recruiter and Project Manager for Human Resources, and earlier they worked as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Banc of America Securities.
